Associate in Arts in Theatre Arts for Transfer

A background in the Theatre Arts offers students the opportunity to develop a powerful insight into the nature of human relationships and interpersonal dynamics. Theatre Arts students develop intense imaginations, become keen observers, and generate valuable insights into the complexities of human nature.
The Associate in Arts in Theatre Arts for Transfer (AA-T in Theatre Arts) degree is designed to enrich students’ aesthetic and intellectual profi ciency in the theatre arts; and to build a solid foundation in the practical, artistic and historical aspects of theatre.
The Associate in Arts in Theatre Arts for Transfer (AA-T in Theatre Arts) degree meets the requirements of SB 1440 for Associate Degrees for Transfer (ADT). These degrees are intended to make it easier for students to transfer to California State University campuses, but do not exclude admittance to other colleges or universities.
