Apply for AVC's Dual Enrollment Opportunity!
Follow the steps below to complete a successful enrollment
Step #1: CCCApply Admissions Application
Submit an online Admissions Application at AVC CCCApply. For assistance completing the application, contact either your HS Counselor or visit us at the Welcome Desk either in person or online.
Save Your Numeric Confirmation #.
A Confirmation WELCOME EMAIL will be sent to your personal email containing your AVC Student ID # [900#], email and temporary password
If you don't receive your Welcome Email between 3-5 days, please contact Admissions and Records. Include your DOB and CCCApply Confirmation #.
Step #2: MyAVC Student Portal and Email Assignment
Log into your MyAVC account and access your AVC Email [Outlook, not Google].
Send an email to the Dual Enrollment Team (dualenrollment@avc.edu) with subject line: "TAG YOU'RE IT" for your chance to be entered into an Opportunity Drawing.
Step #3: Dual Enrollment Registration Portal
Create a Dual Enrollment Profile [Save Log-in & Password Information]
Electronic Consent required from both your High School and Parent/Guardian - Make sure you select the correct school and provide the correct contact information.
Step #4: IEP / 504 PLAN
If you receive academic accommodations at your high school through an IEP/504 Plan, complete an Office for Students with Disabilities Application.
Step #5: Dual Enrollment CANVAS Registration
Register for Dual Enrollment CANVAS and watch the Orientation Video [Mandatory].
