Students are invited to join the Student Health department in various activities promoting healthy mental health practices that include therapy dog sessions and cathartic exercises.
Relieve stress during sessions with therapy dogs and partake in an exercise to help let go of fears, doubts, and unwanted feelings, and channel artistic talents with a canvas, paints, and sharpies.
