Protocol for Data Requests from California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office
Antelope Valley College has established the following protocol to ensure that requests for information and data from the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office are received, acknowledged and processed in a timely manner.
Please direct your request to the Marketing & Public Information Department. The District has designated the Marketing & Public Information Department as the first point of contact for these types of requests. By directing your request to the Marketing & Public Information Department, it will make it easier for us to track and process your request, which will result in a streamlined response. The office may be reached by telephone at 661-722-6300, Ext. 6312.
The following emails have been subscribed to receive data requests directly from the Chancellor’s Office:
1. aguzman66@avc.edu
2. nmasters@avc.edu
When a formal request is sent to the above emails, the Marketing & Public Information team will coordinate with the appropriate campus department and/or individuals who can provide the requested information and/or data.
